New look, same great coffee. We’ve given our Borough Blend a brand new look and name, Washed Bourbon, to reflect the taste notes, processing method and coffee bean varietal.

If we had a signature blend, this would be it. Washed Bourbon is a fabulous quality coffee with a luxurious, buttery texture. It can be enjoyed equally as a breakfast eye-opener or after dinner. It’s perfect for espresso, but also very good as filter or bean-to-cup coffee.

Fairtrade certified, it combines premium, high-grown arabicas from the Indonesian Archipelago with African and Central American beans, renowned for their well-balanced, nutty flavours. You’ll enjoy caramel sweetness laced with a touch of fruity acidity and a velvet-smooth chocolatey finish. With milk the sweetness is accentuated, so the notes of caramel and chocolate are carried through, while still retaining a slight spiciness.
